Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how withdrawals work on Polar Zinsmere, consistent with our published Deposit & Withdrawal Methods.

1. Introduction

This policy sets out how withdrawal requests are handled and confirms that by requesting a withdrawal, you agree to the process, limits and timelines described below. It should be read alongside our Deposit & Withdrawal Methods page.

2. Available withdrawal methods

Withdrawals can be made via Visa, Mastercard, and Australian bank transfer through PayID. Where supported by your card issuer, funds are returned to the same card or account used for the matching deposit. Full fee and timing detail per method is on the Deposit & Withdrawal Methods page.

3. Processing times

Standard processing ranges from instant (card in some cases) to five business days, depending on the method. Factors that can extend this include your bank or card issuer's own processing schedule, weekends and public holidays, and additional verification checks triggered by an unusual request.

We initiate our side of a withdrawal request the same business day it's approved, in almost all cases. Once the transfer leaves our systems, the remaining time is largely a function of your bank or card network's own processing schedule, which we can't accelerate on your behalf.

4. Fees and costs

Polar Zinsmere does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals through the methods listed on our Deposit & Withdrawal Methods page. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fee in some cases; this is outside our control and disclosed by them, not by us.

If you're ever charged a fee you weren't expecting on a withdrawal, check first with your bank or card issuer, since most such fees originate on their side of the transaction. If you believe the fee originated with us, contact support and we'll review the transaction.

5. Withdrawal limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts depend on your account tier and verification level. Your personal manager can confirm the exact limits that apply to your account; limits exist primarily as an anti-fraud and compliance control, not to restrict access to your own funds.

Higher-tier accounts with completed enhanced verification generally carry higher withdrawal limits, since additional verification reduces the fraud risk associated with larger transfers. If a limit is blocking a withdrawal you need to make, ask your manager whether completing an additional verification step would raise it.

6. KYC/AML checks

A withdrawal request may trigger a verification check consistent with our AML/KYC Policy, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or a change of withdrawal destination. This can add processing time but exists to protect the account, including from unauthorised access.

7. Reasons for delay or refusal

A withdrawal can be delayed or declined where: identity or address details don't match what's on file, verification documents are outstanding or unclear, the request appears connected to suspicious activity, or a technical or regulatory issue affects the chosen method. We will tell you the reason where we're able to, and what's needed to resolve it.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate bank and payment details for your withdrawal. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account or card as a result of details you provided incorrectly, though we will assist where possible to help resolve such an issue with the receiving institution.

9. Cancelling or changing a request

A withdrawal request can usually be cancelled or amended if it has not yet begun processing; contact support as soon as possible if you need to change one. Once a transfer has been sent to your bank or card issuer, it can no longer be recalled or amended by us.

10. Support

For any withdrawal question, contact [email protected]. Our support team can confirm the status of a pending request and estimated timing.

11. Policy updates

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in payment provider terms or regulatory requirements. The version published on this page is always the current one and applies to withdrawal requests made after the update.
